Jenni Rope:
Floating (Hall 1)

Kuva Jenni Ropen teoksesta "Jakaus".

A warm welcome to the opening of the exhibition by Jenni Rope on Wednesday, September 10th, from 5 to 7 PM!
The exhibition will be on view at HAA Gallery from September 11th to October 4th, 2025.

The exhibition consists of mobile sculptures and paintings that play with organic shapes and the spatial dimension of painting. The mobiles are placed in the middle of the space, they can be examined from different directions, moving slowly with the air current brought by the viewer's movement. The paintings, rounded into soft shapes, have drifted onto the walls of the space. The exhibition is inspired by the everyday and year-round observation of the rhythms of nature: waves, ice formations, softly rounded beach stones, formations of migratory birds, nature's constant state of change.
