Sanna Halme:
I Love You, Alligator

The opening of Sanna Halme's "I Love You, Alligator" exhibition will be held at Malmitalo Gallery on Wednesday, May 21st, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The exhibition will be open from May 22nd to June 14th, 2025.

”I Love You, Alligator” explores how to navigate today´s distressing world – how to overcome the fear of death and the horror, and face the weight of being human with humor, colour, and uplifting messages drawn from art history. Sanna Halme (b. 1975, Joensuu) brings expressive acrylic and oil paintings to Malmitalo Gallery, inviting the audience into a world of wild colours.

Located in Malmi, Cultural Centre Malmitalo provides diverse cultural services and events for visitors of all ages. Annually, Helsinki Artists’ Association produces 10 high-quality exhibitions in the Malmitalo Gallery in co-operation with the City of Helsinki Culture and Leisure Division. HAA also collaborates with other cultural centres located in the Helsinki region.
